Al-Ittihad achieved an important and difficult victory over its counterpart, Al-Fayha, with a score of (2-1), in the match that brought them together at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the 22nd round of the Saudi Professional League.Al-Ittihad opened the scoring in minute (35) through player Youssef Al-Nusairi, before Al-Fayha equalized through player Fashion Sakala in minute (54), taking advantage of a mistake by defender Hassan Kadesh after losing the ball, but the latter scored the winning goal for Al-Ittihad in minute (83) with a powerful shot that hit the defender and changed its course to enter the net.With this victory, Al-Ittihad raised its score to (37) points in sixth place, while Al-Fayha's score remained at (23) points in twelfth place.
