In one of the biggest surprises of the Champions League, Norwegian club Bodo Glimt inflicted a remarkable loss on its English counterpart, Manchester City, 3 – 1, in the seventh round, on Tuesday. The Norwegian team's victory came thanks to a brace from Kasper Hogg within two minutes of the first half (22 and 24), before Jens Peter Hogg added the third goal in the 58th minute.Although City reduced the score through Frenchman Ryan Sharqi in the 60th minute, it ended the match with ten players after Spanish midfielder Rodri was sent off for receiving two yellow cards just two minutes later. With this result, Bodo Glemit raised its score to six points and is still outside the European play-off positions qualifying for the round of 16, while Man City's score froze at thirteen points and is now threatened with losing its fourth place in the unified group of the Champions League.
