Juventus defeated Lecce 1-0 to move provisionally up to third place in the Serie A standings on Saturday, in matchday 36 of the competition.
Juventus raised their tally to 68 points in third place, two points behind second-placed Napoli and one point ahead of fourth-placed Milan, who will face Atalanta on Sunday in the same round.
On the other hand, Lecce remained on 32 points in 17th place, four points clear of 18th-placed Cremonese, which occupies the first relegation spot, with two rounds remaining in the season.
