Kylian Mbappe has announced he will leave Paris Saint-Germain when his contract expires this summer.

The forward's deal at Parc des Princes is up at the end of June and it had long been reported that he would not be signing a fresh one in the French capital.

Mbappe is widely expected to join Real Madrid this summer, and in a video on social media, he confirmed that he would indeed be leaving PSG, though did not specify his next destination.

"Hi everyone, it's Kylian. I wanted to speak to you," he began. "I've always said that I would speak with you when the time comes and so I wanted to announce to you all that it's my last year at Paris Saint-Germain.

"I will not extend [my contract] and the adventure will come to an end in a few weeks. I will play my last game at the Parc des Princes on Sunday.
