Mihai Răzvan Teja is a Romanian professional football manager currently coaching FC Metaloglobus București, a team competing in Romania's Liga I. Born on September 22, 1978, in Bucharest, Teja has had an extensive career in Romanian and international football management.

Teja's playing career was cut short due to a heart condition, Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome, which prevented him from playing professional football. He transitioned into coaching and earned advanced degrees in physical education and football management, including formal coaching certifications from Coverciano, Italy.

His coaching career includes various roles as an assistant and head coach at several clubs: Dinamo București, FC Vaslui, Steaua București (now FCSB), Khazar Lankaran (Azerbaijan), Petrolul Ploiești, Standard Liège (Belgium), Astra Giurgiu, Universitatea Cluj, Dinamo București (head coach), Romania U21 national team, Gaz Metan Mediaș, FCSB, Politehnica Iași, FC Voluntari, FC Botoșani, and Danish club Vejle Boldklub.

Teja has been known for his preferred formations like 4-4-2 and 4-2-3-1, and his teams have shown various degrees of success, including a domestic treble at Barcelona during his coaching period. His managerial record includes managing over 220 games with a win rate around 35%.

He was appointed head coach of FC Metaloglobus București in June 2025. Since then, he has overseen around 17 matches with mixed results as the club competes in a challenging league environment.

Teja is noted for his tactical knowledge, fitness coaching background, and ability to develop young talent, leveraging his experience from coaching youth teams to senior professional sides.

In June 2025, Teja’s task at Metaloglobus includes stabilizing and improving the club's performance as they aim for competitive standing in Liga I.
