The presence of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the King’s Cup final between Al Hilal and Al Kholood at Al Inma Stadium in Jeddah was a fresh reminder of his steadfast commitment to supporting sport and helping it reach the highest level, especially through the kingdom’s major sports projects such as the privatization of Saudi clubs.

Representing King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince honored the final of the 2025–2026 Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup and presented the trophy to Al Hilal after their victory over Al Kholood.saff.

Sports Minister Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal expressed his deep gratitude to King Salman for patronizing the event and thanked the Crown Prince for attending the final and crowning the champions. He said the royal patronage reflects the leadership’s continued care for Saudi sport and the progress it has made, in line with Vision 2030.

He also congratulated Al Hilal on their win and praised both teams for the high technical level and competitive spirit they showed in the final, which received wide media attention locally and internationally.

The Saudi Football Federation chairman Yasser Al Misehal also thanked King Salman and the Crown Prince for their support and said the match reflected the clear development of Saudi clubs in recent years
